Confidentiality, Ethics and Quality Warranty

True & Dorin adheres to the strictest code of patient confidentiality and physician ethics.  The identities of patients and the information contained in their medical records are retained in complete privacy, therefore conforming to current HIPAA guidelines.  All patients shown on this site or in any True & Dorin advertisement have signed a modeling release and are not compensated. In cases where modeling agreement is not signed, the images are cropped to conceal the patient’s identity.  In addition, all e-mail correspondence generated from this site is treated in the aforementioned manner.  True & Dorin never sells personal information to marketers.
True & Dorin Medical stands behind each and every patient and surgical procedure. 
If a graft happens to become dislodged in the post operative recovery process, we will re-transplant it, if at all possible.
Further, although very rare, if a graft or grafts fail to ultimately produce hair during the usual time period (10-12 months) we will replace them at no additional cost, provided proper post operative protocol had been strictly followed.
