What is your philosophy of patient care?

DR. DORIN explains his philosophy of patient care for hair loss sufferers. He normally begins by asking them, what it is they're wishing to achieve, why they are specifically here. Obviously it's because their hair is either thinning or they are going bald. But Dr. Dorin wants to hear it in their words, what words they use to tell him, because then he sees what's in their heart and he see their psyche behind it - what's really bothering them. And is this really good for a prospective hair transplant patient, because they may say one thing and he may tell them that this is the plan, this is what we could achieve. And if Dr. Dorin believes that they're not 100 percent sure that that's what they want, he kind of puts the brakes on things a little bit and invite them back for a second consult.
