DR. ROBERT H. TRUE, JR. ELECTED AS PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF HAIR RESTORATION SURGERY
New York City – Dr. Robert H. True, Jr. has been elected by the Board of Directors of The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) as President of the organization for the 2010-year.
The ABHRS is an independent medical certifying board concentrating in the area of hair restoration surgery. The ABHRS is the only certification recognized by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), the largest hair restoration educational organization in the world.
Dr. True has served on the Board of Directors of the ABHRS for the last 5 years and ascends to the position of President after serving as Treasurer, Secretary and Vice-President of the organization during his tenure.
In addition, Dr. True has served as the Chairman of the Oral Examination Committee of the ABHRS. The ABHRS examination stands as the only psychometrically and statistically validated examination dedicated to the specialty of hair restoration surgery. The ABHRS will host its first international Certifying Examination this May in Capri, Italy in conjunction with the Italian Society of Hair Restoration (ISHR).
