Prerequisites for the Standby Program
- All required lab work, including that related to HIV and Hepatitis B and C, must be done at our laboratory facility no later than three days prior to surgery. (Tests done within six months elsewhere will suffice.)
- Medicines that thin the blood must be stopped seven to ten days before surgery; these include aspirin, Motrin®, Advil®, and certain vitamins and nutritional supplements. Please call our practice for directions on other medicines you are taking. Patients who are not taking such medication may schedule on shorter notice.
- All appointments must be guaranteed with a 20 percent deposit of the standby hair loss solutions surgery fee in New York, New Jersey, and Boston.
