Is there any pain during the procedure?

DR. TRUE: Well fortunately, the procedures as we conduct them are very, very comfortable. We use a local anesthesia process which is computerized. It's a very new technology. It's very safe, it's very comfortable in its application, and it achieves anesthesia throughout the procedure so that patients really don't feel anything that we're doing. It is not necessary to have to use a general anesthesia for these procedures.
